- Drive sales of wireless devices, plans, accessories, and residential services (including FiOS) to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout—answering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns with confidence
- Prospect creatively through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing clients to generate repeat business
- Stay sharp on evolving products, promotions, and competitive offerings so you can speak with authority
- Handle operations including opening/closing, inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising
- Collaborate with teammates to hit team targets and maintain a high-energy store environment
- 1+ year in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles—commission or tip-based experience preferred
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and read what customers need
